Avi Golberg is an entrepreneur, educator, and systems thinker focused on building products and systems that help people learn, perform, and improve.After completing his military service in 2017, Avi began teaching mathematics, physics, and psychometric preparation at Masha Valdberg’s learning center. Teaching gave him direct exposure to how people learn, where they struggle, and what turns knowledge into actual improvement.

In 2019, in his early twenties, he founded Golberg Psychometry. What began with Avi teaching students directly gradually developed into a broader educational operation combining methodology, technology, data, personal guidance, marketing, sales, and structured learning processes.Alongside building Golberg, Avi continued gaining experience in the technology industry.

In 2021, he joined IDI Ventures, a company focused on developing online trading platforms, as a Product Manager.

In 2022, he continued into product management at HOT, one of Israel’s leading telecommunications companies.

That same year, he began studying Communication and Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

Taking on product roles at the age of 24–25 reflected a combination of skills that had already developed through entrepreneurship: understanding customers, designing products, marketing and sales, business thinking, communication, and the ability to work closely with technology. This multidisciplinary background allowed Avi to work across complex technological environments and collaborate with experienced professionals and senior stakeholders at a relatively young age.

At the same time, Golberg Psychometry continued to grow. The experience Avi gained in product management, technology, business, and larger organizations became another layer in the way he approached building his own company.

Over time, however, Avi realized that the traditional corporate path was not where he wanted to build his future. He was more interested in creating systems than becoming one part of an existing one. He therefore chose to continue his entrepreneurial journey, focusing on the development of Golberg Psychometry alongside additional ventures and ideas.Today, Avi’s approach to entrepreneurship is based on the same principle that has guided much of his career: learn quickly, understand the customer, understand the system, connect business with technology and people, and keep improving what you build.

‍At Golberg, that philosophy translates into an educational model where the student remains at the center. Technology, data, content, and human guidance are designed to work together, not to replace the student’s effort, but to help the student become increasingly capable of learning and performing independently.

‍Nearly seven years after founding Golberg Psychometry, Avi still sees what has been built so far primarily as the foundation for what comes next.
