Solution
The software transmits recommendations to the sales agent in real time on what to say to the customer in order to increase the closing percentage in the sales call. The software helps in handling objections, identifying a client's communication style, creating rapport, anything that can improve and advance the sales process.
As part of managing sales agents, I recognized the ability to manage sales processes automatically. It was very difficult for me to manage more than 4 sales agents. To this end, I created software that allows, through guiding conversation script lines, to identify whether the sales agents conduct the conversation in the way they should, or whether they handle objections as they were trained to do so. It's less to be a babysitter. Anyone who has made sales calls, loses it after a few hours. I've had thousands of hours of conversations on the phone, and I don't get on the phone without the software that listens to me.
